1. Boolean Searches :

i. AND - Shows results where both terms on either side of the 'AND' operator are present. 'AND' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi AND metro result - It will return records in which 'delhi' as well as 'metro' both are present.

ii. OR - Shows results where either term (or both terms) is present. 'OR' must be in upper case. For example search term - delhi OR metro result - It will return records in which either 'delhi' or 'metro' or both are present

2. Proximity Searches

A proximity search looks for terms that are within a specific distance from one another. For example, search term - 'delhi metro'~10 result - It will search for records where 'delhi' and 'metro' are found within 10 words of each other

3. Phrase searches

You can search phrases using double quotes. for e.g. 'delhi metro' result - It will return records where 'delhi metro' phrase is found.

Duville Estates infuses Rs 500 cr in housing projects in Pune

Duville Estates has forayed into real estate business and is developing three housing projects in Pune, Maharashtra. The company is developing these projects with an investment of Rs 500 crore.

Duville Estates is a privately held company of DBC Group, owned by Behram Dubash.

The company is developing three housing projects, comprising 1,150 units, in Phase-I of 31 acre township project Riverdale Height. Out of 31 acres, the company has so far utilised around nine acre and has scope to launch more projects over 12 acre with around 12-14 lakh sq ft saleable area.

Riverdale Heights comprises 580 units and is expected to be delivered in 2019. Moreover, around 80 percent flats have already been sold. The project is located on the banks of the Mula-Mutha River in Kharadi, Pune.

The company has launched two more projects, Riverdale Residences of 300 units and Riverdale Suites comprising 270 units. However, both the projects will be completed by 2021.

The investment for the projects will be spent through internal accruals, advances from customers and construction finance.
