EIH, flagship of The Oberoi Group, has announced four new hotel projects in India under management contracts, reinforcing its Oberoi and Trident brands. The announcement came during its 75th AGM in New Delhi on 06 August, 2025.
The additions include: The Oberoi, Gir, which is a 20-key luxury wildlife retreat in a 40-acre mango orchard near Gir National Park and The Oberoi, Hyderabad - a 220-key luxury property at Knowledge City. The others comprise Trident, Nandi Hills - a 150-key hotel in scenic Nandi Hills near Bengaluru, and Trident, Fort Aguada - a 170-key hotel close to the historic 17th-century fort in Goa. These projects form part of EIH’s development pipeline of 25 properties to be completed by 2030, including 22 hotels and three luxury boats.
Eight will be owned or co-invested, while 17, including two Dahabeyas and a Nile cruise, will operate under management contracts. The pipeline spans 16 Indian and nine international properties, adding 2,033 keys—18 Oberoi-branded and seven Trident-branded.
