Elegans Developers is planning to develop a high-rise residential complex 'Birds in Paradise' at Edunagulapalle in Sanga Reddy, Medak district of Telangana.
The complex will come up on 10.24 acres of land parcel comprising seven blocks with 4P+G+35 floors, including flats and amenities block with 4P+G+3 floors, along with a parking facility.
According to the latest updates shared with Projects Today, the company is awaiting the terms of reference (ToR), and is in the process of finalising the contractor for the project.
Elegans Developers expects to commence work on the project by October, 2023.
