Fire Arcor Infrastructure, the realty company, plans to construct 6,400
housing units at an outlay of $250 million (approx Rs 1,190 crore). The units
are to come up at an integrated township named 'The Emyrean' in Nagpur,
Maharashtra in a span of five years.
Fire Arcor Infrastructure, a JV between Fire Capital and Arcor Group will
develop affordable housing, villas and plots in the proposed township, where
Fire Capital has a 75 per cent stake.
The project is to be developed in two phases, includes 400 units in Phase I
which will be completed within the next 18 months. The remaining 6,000 units
will be finished later.
