GAIL (India) has issued a tender for the hiring of a project management consultant (PMC) for the capacity expansion of the Jamnagar-Loni pipeline project.
The contract period will be 33 months from the date of the fax of acceptance (FoA), for the work which involves the commissioning and inertisation of the JLPL pipeline and its associated facilities, expected to be completed within 30 months from the FoA. The final contract closure and project closeout are to be completed within three months after the commissioning. This expansion aims to enhance the gas pipeline’s capacity, ensuring improved infrastructure for energy transportation across the region.
The deadline for submitting bids is set for 20 January, 2026.
