The Greater Cochin Development Authority (GCDA) has approved a resolution to pool 500 acres for the development of Infopark Phase III, an integrated AI township in Kochi.
The land pooling notification will be issued post-local body elections, with a dedicated officer appointed to oversee the process. The notification will provide details of the land in Kunnathunadu taluk, including survey numbers and landowners' names. A designated office for land pooling has been opened by GCDA, and landowners will have the opportunity to voice grievances after the official notice.
The Phase III project, being executed jointly by GCDA and Infopark, aims to enhance the region's technological infrastructure and promote AI-driven industries.
