Sandbox is set to build a 30,000-sq. ft. Mini-Tech Park within Kerala’s Government Cyberpark in Kozhikode, leasing land from Kerala State IT Infrastructure.
Designed to accommodate around 600 professionals, the project aims to bolster the Malabar start-up and IT ecosystem. It is among Kerala’s early privately developed mid-scale tech parks focused on startups, SMEs, and individual IT professionals. The facility will feature flexible, AI-enabled workspaces, private offices, start-up incubation zones, meeting rooms, and a café-cum-lounge.
Cyberpark officials highlighted the development as a key move to strengthen Kozhikode's reputation as a growing tech hub and support the state’s ambition in the global capability centre (GCC) sector. The initiative will complement the Kerala Startup Mission campus already functioning at Cyberpark and promote collaborative innovation. Sandbox’s CEO emphasised that the tech park will provide smart, adaptable infrastructure tailored to start-ups, SMEs, and GCC companies.
