GEE, a leading manufacturer in India's welding consumables industry, has entered into a development agreement for its leasehold land in Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra.

The land, measuring 13,391 sq. mtrs., is earmarked for a modern commercial development. Under the terms of the agreement, GEE is set to receive around 2,90,000 sq. ft. of RERA-registered constructed area, with expected revenue exceeding Rs 400 crore over the project's lifecycle. The agreement was signed on November 24, 2025, between GEE (landowner) and Fen-kin Infinity (developer).

Mr. Umesh Agarwal, Managing Director of GEE, commented, “This development unlocks value from our land asset in Thane, enhancing long-term value creation for stakeholders. We plan to relocate our manufacturing facility to Bhiwandi-Kalyan, where we already have another setup.”
