The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a commercial land scheme, offering 37 plots with a combined reserve price of Rs 3,604 crore.
These plots, which vary in size and price, are designated for commercial complexes, retail hubs, and mixed-use developments. All plots will be available through an e-auction, with registrations open until 05 December, 2025. The plots are spread across key sectors like Ecotech, Sector 3, and Delta-II, with pricing ranging from Rs 24 crore to Rs 216 crore for the largest.
The project has a completion timeline of five years, with Phase-I expected to finish in three years. The development aims to attract developers, retail chains, and investors, driven by factors like the upcoming Noida International Airport and rising demand for commercial spaces.
