GTT Data Solutions' Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Alpharithm Technologies. The deal is subject to the completion of due diligence, execution of the share purchase agreement, and fulfillment of the necessary conditions outlined in the agreement.

Alpharithm Technologies, headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu specialises in research and development of media software, designing and processing computer software and hardware, and providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services. It offers cutting-edge online solutions, develops hardware and software interfaces, and creates market systems and application software products.

Alpharithm’s extensive expertise also includes software research and development, software consulting, HR solutions, and offshore outsourcing services. This strategic acquisition is expected to enhance GTT Data Solutions' capabilities and service offerings in the software development, BPO, and technology solutions sector. The move aligns with GTT’s growth strategy, aiming to expand its technological footprint and deliver more advanced services in global markets.
