Genus Power Infrastructures has incorporated ‘Genus Assam Package-2 SPV' on 09 March, 2023, with its registered office in Rajasthan.

The incorporation of the SPV is under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 to execute the advanced metering infrastructure service provider (AMISP) contract.

The entity will facilitate the power infrastructure and distribution business, including the manufacture of consumption meters for electricity, water or gas, flow meters and counting meters.
