Godrej Properties (GPL) has received RERA approval for Phase 1 of its premium residential project, Godrej Trilogy, located in Worli, Mumbai. 

This is part of a joint development on a prime 2.63-acre plot near Dr. Annie Besant Road and the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, offering stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Phase 1 will feature two towers, Seaturf and Seafront, with approx. 11 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area. The total project is estimated to generate a gross revenue potential of over Rs 10,000 crore. The development promises spacious homes with large private decks and high-end amenities, making it a sought-after destination for luxury living. 

The neighborhood boasts top-tier schools, healthcare facilities, shopping centres, and upscale residential and commercial properties, making it a sought-after destination for discerning homebuyers. “With approvals now in place, the first phase will be launched in the current quarter,” the company stated.
