Hindustan Construction Co. bagged an
EPC order worth Rs.275 crore from National Highways Authority of India for
four-laning of Kadtal to Armur from km.278.0 to km.308.0 on NH-7 in Andhra
Pradesh under NHDP Phase-II under North-South Corridor on BOT basis. This is the first BOT (Annuity)
project being implemented by HCC for NHAI.
HCC's scope of work includes design,
construction, development, finance, operation and maintenance of 30 km of four
lane highway between Kadtal and Armur on NH-7. The company has received the
letter of acceptance from NHAI for this project with semi-annuity amount of
Rs.23.80 crore which will be paid over next 18 years (36 installments) excluding
the construction period of two years.
