HCLTech has teamed up with Dolphin Semiconductor to co-develop energy-efficient chips which meet the growing demand for high-performance, low-energy solutions.
HCLTech will integrate Dolphin's specialised low-power intellectual property (IP) into its silicon design processes, enabling the creation of scalable, energy-efficient System-on-Chips (SoCs). These chips will balance reduced energy consumption with robust computational performance, suitable for various applications, from IoT devices to data centres. The collaboration aims to address the increasing need for energy-efficient computing in the face of rising AI workloads, data growth, and sustainability priorities.
Both companies emphasise delivering high-performance solutions that support environmental responsibility. The partnership will help enterprises meet the demands of complex and connected environments while ensuring agility and sustainability.
