Hampton by Hilton has officially entered India’s mid-market hotel sector with the signing of five hotels in partnership with NILE Hospitality.
This expansion targets the fast-growing domestic travel market, focusing on value-conscious, quality-driven accommodations for India’s expanding middle class. The five hotels will be located in Amritsar, Vrindavan, Raipur, and Lonavala, with a total of over 350 rooms set to open within the next two years. The brand’s arrival signifies a cultural and commercial shift in India’s hospitality landscape.
Jenny Milos, Hilton’s Vice President for Brand Management, described the move as “a natural evolution of Hampton’s global success story” and a key moment in Hilton’s strategy for India. The partnership aims to develop 75 Hampton hotels in tier-II, III, and IV cities over the next decade, tapping into India’s growing demand for reliable mid-market accommodations.
