Hilton Worldwide has inked an agreement with Eros Resorts & Hotels to manage
two new properties in New Delhi.
Hilton New Delhi Mayur Vihar is slated to open by May 2011. The other
building, which is currently operating as an unbranded hotel, will officially
open as DoubleTree by Hilton New Delhi, Mayur Vihar, by end-April 2011.
The hotel at Mayur Vihar will offer 173 guest rooms, including six suites and
three food and beverage outlets. The DoubleTree property has 196 rooms,
including four suites.
Also, the company proposes to add eight more hotels in India, including five
Hilton Hotels and Resorts, three DoubleTree, a Hilton Garden Inn and a Hampton
by Hilton hotel by 2012.
