Hilton has announced the signing of Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli, a premium business and convention hotel strategically located in Hyderabad’s financial district.

The project, developed in collaboration with Shree Venkateshwara Hotels and Convention, is scheduled to open in January 2029. This development strengthens Hilton’s footprint in the city, as it follows the launch of the Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa.

The upcoming Gachibowli property will offer 304 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, catering to both corporate and leisure travellers. It will feature an all-day dining restaurant, two specialty restaurants, two bars, an executive lounge, and a business centre. For recreation and wellness, the hotel will include fitness facilities, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a full-service spa.

Positioned as a hub for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE), the property underscores Hilton’s strategy to expand its luxury and business hotel portfolio in India’s growing metropolitan hubs.
