Himachal Pradesh Government has approved six hotels of seven-star and
five-star to attract high-end tourists across the state.
These hotels are likely to come up at Baragaon and Shoja in Kullu valley,
Baddi, Jhatingri in Mandi valley, Suketi in Sirmaur district and at Bilaspur.
Available size of the land at these sites varies between 3 and 380 bighas. These
sites have the potential to attract investment from Rs 50 crore to Rs 300 crore.
