Real estate firm House of Swamiraj has launched two major redevelopment projects—SBM Sky in Vartak Nagar and Kuber Heights in Hariom Nagar, near Thane railway station, with a combined investment of Rs 200 crore.
Both projects are set to transform ageing residential societies into modern housing with enhanced amenities, on-time RERA-compliant delivery, and assured rental compensation during construction. SBM Sky, launched in November 2023, is located about six km from Thane station and is being developed on a half-acre plot. The fully residential tower offers one BHK, two BHK, and jodi apartments, designed to meet the aspirations of modern urban families. The project promises transparent execution and assured rental payouts—earning the trust of residents undergoing redevelopment.
Kuber Heights, launched in October 2024, is located just 1.5 km from Thane station and also spans half an acre. It offers a mix of residential and commercial units, with a notably ambitious 18-month delivery timeline. Both projects are backed by signed society agreements and a streamlined redevelopment model aimed at minimizing disruption and maximizing value for residents. Green features and post-possession support further enhance the appeal of both projects.
