Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a project to convert a site in Panheli, Raigad, Maharashtra, into a Tree of Life resort.
Located amidst the Sahyadri hills, the resort offers a unique experience with a private airstrip for easy access from Mumbai and Pune. The property includes 28 guest rooms, a riverside dining area, and diverse recreational activities like nature treks, a golf course, and a private theatre. The resort’s facilities also cater to events with over 5,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space.
The region, rich in natural beauty, includes attractions like Murud Janjira Fort and Deoghar Waterfalls. This development will bolster IHCL’s presence in Maharashtra, bringing the total to 54 hotels in the state, with 27 still under development. The resort aims to attract discerning travelers seeking a serene getaway.
