The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new Gateway brand hotel in Bibvewadi, Pune, marking another milestone in its strategy to expand in high-growth urban clusters.
The 180-key hotel, to be named Gateway Bibvewadi Pune, will be part of a mixed-use development and is located close to the city centre in an area experiencing a surge in commercial activity and infrastructure development. The property will include an all-day diner, a specialty restaurant, a bar, and leisure facilities such as a gym and swimming pool. For events and gatherings, it will offer approx. 4,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space, in addition to smaller meeting rooms and pre-function areas, catering to both corporate and social events.
