IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Yb Group for Holiday Inn Express in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), with plans to open by Q1 2028.

This new property will be strategically located in Mumbai’s commercial hub, offering excellent connectivity to business districts, consulates, and cultural venues. The hotel aims to attract business travelers, MICE visitors, and leisure guests. As IHG’s fastest-growing brand, Holiday Inn Express is known for offering simple, efficient, and comfortable accommodations with flexible workspaces and refreshed aesthetics. "We are pleased to partner with the Yb Group to introduce Holiday Inn Express to Mumbai’s BKC district, an address synonymous with global business," said Sudeep Jain, Managing Director of IHG South West Asia.

This new addition will be the third Holiday Inn Express in Mumbai, complementing existing projects in Andheri-Kurla Road and Powai, and further strengthening IHG’s presence in India’s financial capital.
