IHH Healthcare plans to add around 2,000 new beds over the next three years, aimed at enhancing its operational scale and geographical reach.

The Group also unveiled a refreshed brand identity to provide “greater clarity and cohesion” across its global network. In India, IHH operates through Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare, managing 35 hospitals with more than 5,000 beds across 11 States. Globally, IHH runs 140 healthcare facilities, including over 80 hospitals in ten countries.

In July, IHH initiated a strategic collaboration between Fortis Healthcare and Gleneagles Healthcare to drive sustainable growth and performance. As part of this, Fortis will manage five of six Gleneagles India hospitals. According to IHH, the alliance leverages complementary strengths to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care while generating operational and financial synergies.

Prem Kumar Nair, Group CEO of IHH, emphasized, “With the refreshed identity, IHH is embracing its role as a multinational healthcare leader shaping the future of care.” He highlighted the group’s upcoming flagship “FutureHealth.Now” conference to forge partnerships and spur innovation.
