Logistics and industrial real estate vehicle, IndoSpace Core has acquired the Amazon Fulfilment Centre in Hyderabad from the GMR Group towards expanding its pan-India portfolio. This marks IndoSpace’s maiden acquisition in the city.

The acquisition, which spans over 0.8 million sq. ft. serves to enhance the company's portfolio to approximately 58 million sq. ft. of advanced logistics and industrial infrastructure across 51 Parks in India, allowing it to offer world-class facilities to its clients.

The asset in Hyderabad Airport City is in proximity to the transportation hubs, and ensures access to the major highways, railways and the airport, thus providing excellent connectivity to the city.

The investment will enable IndoSpace to expand its key tenant relationship and further strengthen its regional presence.
