Interarch Building Solutions has acquired 20 acres of industrial land in Attivaram Village, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, to set up a new manufacturing facility (Unit 2) dedicated to pre-engineered heavy steel structures.
Located adjacent to its existing plant, the new facility will be twice the size of the current one and will help meet the requirements from sectors like infrastructure, data centres, semiconductor plants, and renewable energy. This expansion will significantly boost production capacity, enhance technical capabilities, and contribute to employment creation, while reinforcing Interarch’s pan-India presence.
Managing Director, Arvind Nanda, stated, “This expansion represents a significant milestone in scaling our operations and delivering cutting-edge structural steel solutions for large-scale, complex projects. It reflects our long-term commitment to drive India’s infrastructure growth through innovation and skilled employment.” The initiative follows the successful commissioning of Interarch’s Phase-1 AP facility in September 2024.
The construction of Unit 2 is already underway, with commissioning scheduled by the end of June 2025.
