Interarch Building Solutions, a leader in pre-engineered steel buildings, has performed the groundbreaking of a new manufacturing facility in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.
Spread across 20 acres with a built-up area of 17,000 sq. mtrs., the plant will add 25,000 MT of annual capacity in its first phase, backed by an investment of Rs 100 crore. The facility will focus on the production of multi-storey pre-engineered steel structures for sectors including data centres, electronics, semiconductors, and EV manufacturing. Equipped with advanced machinery from Europe and India, it is designed to support efficient, sustainable, and climate-resilient construction.
The project is expected to create over 200 direct and indirect employment oportunities. Interarch recently completed Phase 2 of its existing PEB plant at the same location, with an additional Rs 32 crore investment, turning the site into a fully integrated PEB hub. Strategically positioned near industrial corridors and ports, the plant will cater to high-growth markets across southern and western India.
