J Kumar Infraprojects has received a letter of acceptance (LoA) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for the construction of foot over bridge (FOB) for Mumbai Metro Line 4 and 4A at Pant Nagar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, and Vijay Garden Metro Stations (Package 2).

The total contract value  for the order secured is Rs 129.04 crore, wherein J Kumar Infraprojects holds a 60 percent share in the joint execution, amounting to Rs 77.42 crore. The scope of work includes designing and constructing pedestrian foot over bridges to enhance commuter safety and connectivity across the mentioned metro stations. The stipulated completion period for the work is 15 months from the commencement date.

The project aims to support smoother passenger movement, reduce congestion, and improve last-mile accessibility along the metro corridor. This order strengthens J. Kumar Infraprojects’ footprint in Mumbai’s urban infrastructure development and reinforces its role in major metro-related civil works within the MMR region.
