JSW One Homes, the home construction solutions arm of JSW One Platforms has launched its third studio in Tamil Nadu. The new Homes Studio is located in Swarnapuri, Salem and is in line with its aim to expand its footprint across the state.

The 1,200 sq. ft. Homes studio serves as a one-stop destination for customers by guiding them through their home construction requirements to build their own house. The studio is divided in four parts - 'Educate, Evaluate, Curate, Recommend', and each addresses the need across various stages of decision making. In particular, the 'Educate' section helps customers visualise their dream home by showcasing a deconstructed home through multiple installations.

For market penetration, it will tap into growing demand for independent homes, especially in tier-I and tier-II cities. Moreover, the move strengthens the company's retail network in the state, backed by its presence in Coimbatore and Chennai.
