Delhi NCR-based realty firm ONE Group Developers has announced the launch of its new low-rise residential project, The Clermont, in Mohali, Punjab, with a projected revenue of Rs 400 crore.

The project spans a built-up area of 4.75 lakh sq. ft. and comprises 27 towers offering 216 units of three-BHK independent floors priced starting at Rs 1.60 crore. An initial investment of Rs 100 crore will fund the project, with further construction financed through future cash flows. The Clermont is expected to be completed within three years using advanced aluminum formwork technology to ensure quality and timely delivery. The development will integrate with the existing ONE City Hamlet township, reinforcing Mohali’s growing real estate market.

ONE Group, operating across six North Indian states, currently manages 18 projects, including 10 residential and eight commercial ventures. The firm had earlier announced a Rs 1,200 crore investment in Mohali over the next two years, highlighting the city as an emerging hub for residential buyers and investors.
