JSW Sarbloh Motors, part of JSW Defence, has announced a joint venture with Phoenix-based Tomcar USA to locally manufacture the TX range of high-performance all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in India.
Under the agreement, JSW Sarbloh will indigenise, assemble, and support the TX models at its Chandigarh facility. The first India-assembled TX units are expected by early 2026, with field trials and demonstrations planned for defence and paramilitary agencies in the near term. Parth Jindal of JSW Group called the partnership "a significant milestone in the group's commitment to enhancing India's defence capabilities," highlighting the TX platform’s durability, flexibility, and safety for armed forces.
Tomcar USA Founder Ram Zarchi said the JV is "a pivotal milestone in Tomcar's entry into India," adding it combines Tomcar's "mission-grade engineering" with JSW's "manufacturing expertise and leadership." The collaboration will also strengthen India’s tactical mobility and help Tomcar expand globally, especially into right-hand-drive markets.
