Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) has entered into a long-term leave and license agreement with Andhra Mahila Sabha for a piece of land in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The land, measuring approx. 1.168 acres (21.19 Grounds), is located at Dr. Durgabai Deshmukh Road, Raja Annamalai Puram. This agreement is part of KIMS's plans to set up a super-specialty hospital in the region. The hospital is expected to bring advanced medical care to Chennai and strengthen the healthcare infrastructure in Tamil Nadu. KIMS's entry reflects its strategic expansion into new territories, offering specialised treatments and services.

The move is also expected to contribute significantly to the medical ecosystem in the region, providing both healthcare services and employment opportunities. As stated by the company, this project is a step forward in their mission to provide top-tier medical care across India.
