KRN HVAC Products, wholly-owned subsidiary of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration (KRN), has received approval under the production linked incentive (PLI) Scheme for white goods, which includes air conditioners and LED products.

The approval, granted by IFCI, a Government of India undertaking, comes with financial incentives totalling Rs 141.72 crore. This support aligns with the broader objectives of the ‘Make in India’ programme, aiming to boost domestic manufacturing, promote value addition, and reduce import dependency in critical sectors.

The incentive will aid KRN HVAC in executing its expansion plans, fostering a localized component ecosystem and enhancing backward integration capabilities. The company reiterated its focus on developing energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable products that comply with global standards.
