Otis India is playing a crucial role in transforming rail travel with its state-of-the-art elevator and escalator solutions for India’s first bullet train corridor between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
The high-speed railway, powered by Shinkansen technology, will reduce travel time on the 508 km route to just over two hours, with trains reaching speeds of up to 320 km/h. Otis has secured new orders, bringing the total number of its units to 55 across six stations and one depot.
