Hyderabad-based Lansum Properties has acquired a 3.6-acre land parcel in the city for about Rs 200 crore. Located in Kokapet, it will be utilised for luxury residential development. The firm has raised Rs 250 crore of construction finance from IndusInd Bank to fund the development.
The company has registered the transaction, and the high-end residential project will have units priced above Rs 2.4 crore each, featuring three-BHK and four-BHK configurations. The project will have 55 floors, benefiting from the floor space index (FSI) available in Hyderabad. CBRE is the adviser for the deal.
The residential real estate in Hyderabad has a focus on high-end homes, as registrations for properties priced over Rs one crore has seen signifiacnt growth.
