Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati, in collaboration with RJ Corp.

Under the Development Management and License Agreements, RJ Corp will develop the hotels with Lemon Tree’s technical expertise, while operations will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Lemon Tree Premier, Ayodhya will feature 300 rooms and various amenities including a restaurant, banquet, meeting rooms, and recreational facilities such as a spa and swimming pool.

The hotel is strategically located near major spiritual sites, including the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra. Similarly, Lemon Tree Premier, Guwahati will offer 300 rooms and 50 serviced apartments, complete with dining, event, and leisure amenities. The property is well connected to key transportation hubs in Guwahati.
