Lohia Worldspace, the real estate arm of the diversified Lohia Global Group, has announced its foray into the real estate sector with the launch of a flagship luxury villa project in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Located in New Moradabad with direct access to NH-24, the 10-acre development will feature 175 premium villas designed with a focus on modern living and sustainability. “This first project is a reflection of the kind of developments that new-age Indian cities truly deserve,” said Pyush Lohia, Director, Lohia Worldspace. “Our vision with Lohia Worldspace is to create homes that are modern, meaningful, and rooted in thoughtful design.”

The project aims to redefine residential living in Moradabad historically known for its brass industry—by offering a holistic lifestyle ecosystem. It will include landscaped parks, wellness zones, walking trails, a clubhouse, fitness center, and communal gathering areas to foster community living. Sustainability is integral to the development, with plans for rainwater harvesting, solar-powered lighting, waste segregation systems, and energy-efficient construction, all aligned with green building norms.

Lohia Global has earmarked Rs 1,000 crore for real estate projects across India over the next five years, focusing on premium land parcels already owned by the group to create lifestyle-led, community-driven urban housing.
