Lords Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of four new properties in Gujarat, increasing its presence in the state to 28 hotels. This development highlights the Group's dedication to offering exceptional hospitality experiences in the state, which is renowned for its rich culture and vibrant heritage.

The new hotels include - Lords Inn Sanand with 61 rooms, slated to open by July 2025, Lords Studio Inn Kodinar, featuring 23 rooms, which will open in October 2025. The 40 room Lords Inn Una is expected to open by December 2025, and Lords Inn Gir with 44 rooms is projected to open in 2026.

These properties will offers curated amenities, including banquet venues and multi-cuisine restaurants emphasising local flavors. The design and services are tailored to create memorable guest experiences.

This expansion contributes to Lords Hotels & Resorts' broader portfolio, which now includes 70 hotels and over 3,000 keys across three countries. The brand continues to uphold its promise of delivering “True Value Hospitality” and enhancing guest experiences.
