Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL) and Mitsui Fudosan Group have announced a long-term joint venture for the development of ‘Mahindra Blossom’, a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
This marks the first project under their strategic partnership, aimed at creating long-term value. Mahindra Blossom will feature about 730 high-rise homes and is located near the Hopefarm Channasandra Metro Station on the Namma Metro Purple Line, within one of Bengaluru’s main IT and employment corridors. The development, which is Bengaluru’s fourth net-zero waste residential project, offers strong connectivity to key commercial hubs, educational institutions, healthcare, and social infrastructure. It will provide a range of lifestyle amenities, including a half-Olympic size swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, jogging tracks, pet park, and community spaces, all spread across 97,000 sq. ft. of amenities and nearly four acres of green space.
Designed with sustainability in mind, Mahindra Blossom incorporates climate-responsive features and energy-efficient practices. It also promotes waste segregation and recycling on-site, aligning with Mahindra Lifespaces' commitment to environmentally responsible development. The project is subject to necessary approvals and customary conditions.
