Pristine Landmark Spaces has entered into an agreement to acquire a 4.2-acre land parcel in Pune’s Vadgaon Sheri locality for Rs 250 crore.

The deal, registered on February 4, includes a stamp duty payment of Rs 17.5 crore. The sellers in this transaction are Kumar City Co-operative Housing Society and Kumar Urban Development., as per documents accessed from CRE Matrix. Vadgaon Sheri, located near Nagar Road and close to Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, and the Pune airport, has become a hotspot for residential and mixed-use development. The area’s connectivity to established office hubs like Kharadi and Yerwada, along with social infrastructure, has attracted developer interest.

This land acquisition is part of a growing trend in the region, where developers are focusing on redevelopment opportunities and securing land for future project.
