Fruit drinks maker Manpasand Beverages is planning to expand its retail outlet presence to around three million in the next five years from the present 7.75 lakh. It has entered into 10 year distribution pact with Parle Products for retail expansion.
In the past ten years it has opened six lakh outlets. After the tie-up with Parle, it has added 1,75,000 outlets in a span of nine months.
The company currently has 400 super stockists and 4,000 distributors, and will need a total of 10,000 distributors to reach this goal. The growth is mainly driven from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities.
