As the business scales, SLMG Beverages is considering increased investments to maintain efficient production and logistics, especially during high-demand periods like the summer months.

The company is planning a large integrated manufacturing facility on nearly 70 acres to support future growth, with an official announcement expected in February. SLMG Beverages, which operates eight manufacturing plants in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for The Coca-Cola Company, reported a revenue of over Rs 8,000 crore for 2025, driven by consistent demand across various categories. The company anticipates this growth momentum to continue into 2026 and is targeting revenue exceeding Rs 10,000 crore.

This success has been fue;led by gradual capacity expansions and an efficient distribution network. Commenting on the milestone, Mr. Paritosh Ladhani, Joint Managing Director of SLMG Beverages, said, “Crossing the Rs 8,000 crore mark is a watershed moment for us... our focus pivots on ensuring that our systems, processes, and teams are equipped to handle higher volumes over the long term.”
