Marriott International has signed an agreement with Aratt One World, the real estate arm of Aratt Developers, to launch a 370-key JW Marriott Hotel in Bengaluru’s Electronic City.
Scheduled to open in 2030, the hotel will be part of a Rs 3,500-crore 43-acre mixed-use township developed by Aratt One World, featuring residential, commercial, hospitality, and co-living components. The project will have a total built-up area of 4.5 million sq. ft., developed in three phases. Phase 1, covering 1.8 million sq. ft., is slated for completion within three years.
The township will comprise 136 luxury residences, a 260-room co-living facility, and Grade A commercial spaces for Global Capability Centres, startups, and co-working firms. The JW Marriott Hotel will include wellness areas, multiple dining options, and 3,480 sq. m of banqueting space.
Aratt One World also plans two additional Marriott properties in Coorg and Chikmagalur, reinforcing its luxury development portfolio.
