Marvel Realtors and Developers is constructing luxury villa and apartment project 'Marvel Selva Ridge Estate' near Kothrud, Bavdhan in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The complex spanning over 22 acre of land will be implemented in two phases and have four towers of G+seven floors with 96 flats and 16 villas of G+two floors including various modern amenities like gymnasium, club house, steam room, yoga/meditation area, rain water harvesting, video door security, landscape garden, etc.
In 2016, work on Phase-I got completed and project work was initiated on Phase-II with a plan for completion by end-2017. However, for unknown reasons the project completion got delayed. The recent updates with Projects Today indicated that work was underway and around 90 percent work on Phase-II has been completed till date.
The promoter aims to complete the project by December 2018. Rahul Malwadkar oversees architecture of the complex and Rajesh Vasudev Mankani is the structural engineer. The project is registered under Maharashtra RERA.
