NBCC (India) has invited bids for the construction of a new hostel, dining building, and allied infrastructure at the permanent campus of IIM Visakhapatnam.

The total estimated value of the contract is Rs 142.17 crore. The campus with a proposed construction area of 19,842 sq. mtrs. is located at Gambheeram Village in Anandapuram Mandal, Andhra Pradesh. IIMV plans to construct two hostels, each with 300-student capacity, a dining block with kitchen, and an executive hostel, along with associated infrastructure and utilities. The work will follow GFC drawings covering structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, IT, finishing, and landscaping.

The construction of a boundary wall around the site has been completed, and Phase I of the campus is concluded, which includes utilities and sports facilities to support a student strength of 665. Additionally, the Director’s Residence and Faculty Residences are completed and operational.

The closing date for bid submission is set for 09 February, 2026.
