NBCC (India) has successfully e-auctioned 446 residential units in Aspire Silicon City, Noida, generatingRs ?1,467.93 crore from a total saleable area of 13.84 lakh sq ft. The project is part of a Supreme Court-monitored initiative aimed at completing stalled Amrapali Group projects.
The funds raised will be used for repaying bank loans and reducing the funding requirement of other ongoing real estate developments under NBCC’s purview. Aspire Silicon City is one of several Far Area Ratio (FAR) projects under the larger Amrapali redevelopment scheme.
To date, NBCC has completed e-auctions for five key projects — Aspire Golf Homes, Aspire Centurion Park, Aspire Dream Valley, Aspire Leisure Park, and Aspire Silicon City. These five projects together comprise 4,470 residential units with a total saleable area of 11.874 million sq ft, amounting to a cumulative sale value of Rs 9,695.85 crore.
This large-scale recovery is part of NBCC’s effort to restore investor trust and fulfill homebuyers’ rights in long-delayed Amrapali projects through court-monitored and transparent processes.
