Signature Global, one of India’s leading real estate developers, has acquired 33.47 acres of land parcels in Sohna, Gurugram, for around Rs 450 crore to expand its housing portfolio.

hairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal confirmed the purchase during NAREDCO’s convention, stating, quote, "We have recently purchased a total of 33.47 acre land in Sohna Gurugram." The acquisition underscores the company’s focus on strengthening its presence in the Delhi-NCR market, where housing demand continues to surge.

The newly acquired land is expected to be developed into modern residential projects, catering to the rising preference for affordable and mid-segment housing in Sohna, a region increasingly positioned as a growth hub due to its improved connectivity and infrastructure.
