Naini Habitat Developers (NHDPL) has announced its partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand.

Ramada Resort and Residences by Wyndham Nainital will have about 155 keys including villas. It will feature facilities like all day dining, banquet halls, meeting rooms, swimming pool and recreational facilities. The hotel is currently greenfield and is expected to open in 2027. The hotel is situated strategically on eight acres of land surrounded by hills near the famous Kainchi Dham Ashram.

Nainital is a popular hill station with numerous tourist spots located in the Kumaon foothills of the outer Himalayas in Uttarakhand. The hotel would provide the experience of mountain views with lush landscapes and activities including hiking trails, boating in Nainital’s lakes and other options.
