L&T Samakhiali Gandhidham Tollway, an SPV floated by L&T, on 19 March 2010
signed the concession agreement with the NHAI for six-laning of 56 km stretch of
NH 8A.
The Rs 1,400-crore project is to be executed on a BOT DBFO basis, with a
concession period of 24 years. The concessionaire is entitled to collect tolls
from the users of the project highway during the concession period including the
construction period.
The road project is slated to be completed within 30 months.
