Reliance Infrastructure (R-Infra) has bagged a road project worth Rs 925
crore from the NHAI fro six-laning of the 60-km Hosur-Krishnagiri stretch on NH
7 in Tamil Nadu.
The road project connecting Bangalore-Chennai and Bangalore -Salem is to be
developed on DBFOT (Toll) basis. The concession period for the project is 24
years which includes construction period as well.
R-Infra bagged the project from among 15other bidders based on highest
premium amount of Rs 66.90 crore. Other bidders included GVK Infra projects,
IVRCL Infrastructure and Projects, L&T, GMR and Gammon, according to sources.
