Niraj Cement Structurals (JV) has won two contracts from the Northeast Frontier Railway (NF Railway), and Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), reinforcing its presence in large-scale construction works.
The first order from NF Railway involves the construction of multiple-span 12.20-mtrs. PSC slab underpasses, a major bridge (No. 727), retaining walls, guide walls, embankments, and one minor bridge along the proposed UP and Down line near Deepor Beel, covering Km 163/00–164/200 between Azara and Kamakhya stations. This contract is part of the New Bongaigaon–Goalpara Town–Kamakhya (NBQ–GLPT–KYQ) railway doubling project, and is valued at Rs. 81.52 crore.
Following this, the company received a second order worth Rs. 82.66 crore for constructing a foot overbridge (FOB) with a travellator, enhancing connectivity from the SGMC monorail station to Mahalaxmi metro and suburban station. These projects highlight the company’s expertise in both transportation infrastructure and environmentally sensitive construction, strengthening its portfolio in modern urban and railway projects.
